The relationship between Aptivate and Ixxy began when Alan from Aptivate met founder of Ixxy, Andy, at a networking event several years ago. Both parties quickly realised that they were working with similar technologies, albeit in different sectors, and shared a common work ethic and belief in supporting their clients. This initial connection laid the foundation for a collaborative relationship that has grown steadily over the years.
As Aptivate expanded its portfolio and took on increasingly complex projects, they recognised the need for additional technical expertise, particularly in Python development. Acknowledging Ixxy’s strong reputation for delivering high-quality Python consultancy services, Aptivate brought them on board as a "trusted partner." - 3ie Impact website - supported in the implementation of a CMS content management system for Impact Evaluation organisation 3ie
- 360 Giving - supported Aptivate's project in conjunction with Indigo Trust with an aim to publish open, standardised grants data.
- Pula - supported project to build a technical system backing the work of farmers in Malawi. The developed system allowed farmers to register for insurance, using their phone, ensuring a successful outcome to their growing season.
